We are newlyweds ready to get our excess pounds off! After our wedding 8 months ago, we have only gained weight, and want to get it off!
We plan to use a low-carb diet (25%) while eating plenty of fruits, veggies, lean protein, and whole grains. We will eat 5-6 small meals a day so that we manage our metabolism and hunger. We will work out 1-2 times a day, doing weight lifting and cardio along with stretching. We will keep track of our calories to make sure we stay on track. Why should we win? We are HUGE fans of the Biggest Loser, we've worked hard to lose weight these two months, and we have results to prove it. Even though the official contest is over, we are not done until we meet our goals.
Jenn's starting weight is 161.2 and her goal is to be between 110 and 120.
Brian's starting weight is 174.2 and body fat 16%, and while he does not have a specific weight goal, his body fat goal is to be 9%.
For the two months of this contest, our goal was to lose 10 pounds each, for a total of 20 pounds.
